Book #2 in a three book series by Jenny Proctor, this clean rom com was full of cheesy apple puns almost as much as watching Perry and Lila fall in love. The story was cute, the banter between the main characters was lively, and I was delighted by how real the characters were with each other. Love isn't all about being hot for each other and hot chili moments, it takes lots of work and a conscious effort to make it work - a fact that was portrayed fully in this fantastic read.
